While I do have rather oily/acne prone skin, I do need to moisturize my face. I hate that tight feeling of my skin once I've washed it, and I want to keep my skin healthy for years to come. These two products are non-comodogenic (which means they're REALLY oil-free) and provide some serious benefits for my face.
In the morning when I've washed my face (or even if I haven't), I use the La Roche Posay Anthelios SX Daily Moisturizing Cream with Sunscreen. This has SPF 15 in it and UVA and UVB protection, which is harder to come by in the states but is much more popular in Europe. My mom is a dermatologist, so all my life I've been told to apply SPF every single day, no matter the weather. This moisturizes my skin just the right amount and I don't get a greasy face, plus it's fragrance free. I have very sensitive eyelids when it comes to fragrance, so this is probably the best part of this moisturizer. It's on the pricier side, about $35 USD at Walgreen's, but you don't need to use much and it lasts forever. I figure since it's going directly on my face, it's worth it!
At night I always cleanse my face and remove makeup (actual skincare routine posts coming later...maybe even a video?!) and then apply the CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. This has been a more recent addition to my routine. I was previously using the Origins Zero Oil moisturizer at night, and then when that ran out, I picked up a moisturizer for oily skin from & Other Stories when I was in Paris. They both were fragranced, and for some reason my eyelids really didn't like that. They were swollen, flaky, and red until I switched to using this, so I can't use heavily scented products on my face! I suppose it goes without saying that this is fragrance free, but it also contains hyaluronic acid (something all the beauty gurus go on about) and a bunch of other goodies that help moisturize without increasing oil and help with anti aging. It's really light, but when I wake up my skin still feels soft. It's a bit cheaper, about $14 USD, and definitely just as good or better than higher-end night moisturizers.
I hope this was helpful, and if you have any moisturizers that you love that are fragrance free and non-comodogenic, leave them in the comments below!
